SHIPPING
Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information.
Shipping times may vary depending on the carrier and destination. Harper Joy Mercantile is not responsible for carrier delays once an order has been shipped.
RETURNS
We hope you love your Harper Joy purchase! If something doesn’t work out, we accept returns of eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
